Human Body - intended to be an instrument that recognizes the presence of God. King David impacted by God's Presence (My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the Lord; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God. Ps. 84.2) My physical body can ache, long for God. If I can hunger for God, I can be satisfied by God. I can recognize God with my body. Hebrews 5 mark of maturity to have our senses trained to discern good and evil. Touch, smell, sight, hearing, etc. can be trained in the discernment process. (Had warlock floating off the ground in church; found at Barnes & Noble raising spoons; young lady approached and said, "you want to see real power"? HS knocked him down in church) Bill tried to discern someone in church doing something different; he didn't feel anything, but felt the temperature drop to cold levels around him. Asst. pastor dealt with demons before, and office would stay cold for hours after the deliverance. Warm over here, cold over there - that must be the devil. Got Summer the dancer up on platform to break something. She danced; other lady collapsed to the floor, like puppet strings cut. Someone ministered to her and got her born again. Pleasant aromas in their car while traveling. It should be normal to experience the supernatural. Then Bill could taste this sweet aroma on his tongue; stopped, sing some more - God's world breaking into ours. He's sending us signals. How do you perceive God when He's moving in the room? Presurized flight simulator puts pilots at 40,000 feet, slowly depleting the oxygen, so you can detect how you responded. Leg muscles ache; hair on their arms hurt - they must recognize how their body reacts to the depletion of oxygen. They learned to recognize signs in their own body. They recorded it in their logs. Most Christians don't pay attention to what happens to them in their body when God shows up. One can get delivered and the next person in church is thinking about lunch. God is on FM channel and we're on AM. No coincidences with God. God speaks in mysterious realm; it's within reach, but you will still have to reach. Simple perception of God moving; doing something here. Jesus intended to pass by, but had no plans to get in the boat - you request that I come. Call out; Jesus gets in the boat; He almost just walked by. Some can feel a tangible presence. Bill feels like a Silk scarf on his hands. Others a fire in the hand; tingling. It's not a competition; not to wow one another. We're losing oxygen, how does your body react? God has just walked into the room, how do you know when that happens? Have you paid attention. Some waiting for lightning bolt, instead of quiet peace of God. Having our senses trained. Went into Safeway, do you need a miracle in your body, God is here? Old man healed; born again, etc. It started because young man had senses trained to discern good and evil. Don't put your feelings in nuetral - it's not just about receiving. Jesus is walking by the boat, walking by the boat, shooting up flares, walking by the boat ... Bill's left hand gets hot when someone talks about revival or healing; not real sure why, but he has convictions. Bible says power of God is hidden in the hands. To Release His anointing to as a gift someone else. Signal to Bill. The anointing is released thru your affections/compassion. Jesus was moved - anointing released. You feel for the person. God doesn't always allow you to feel something, but pay attention. May pray three times, a fourth, then I might feel ligthning thru my head and out my hand - and they feel it too. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Some say, three levels of will of God, perfect, good and acceptable - that's stupid. God I want to please you, but kinda. Wrong. You're either in His will or not. That you may prove the will of God. Related to repentence - means to change the way you think; your approach to reality/life. Make an about face. My kingdom is available. If you don't change the way you think you'll never be able to apprehend what I've made available for you. Not merely reading words on a page in the Bible - renewing of mind that leads you into an EXPERIENCE with God. The word Understanding means learning thru the 5 senses; practical human experience. The Holy Spirit empowers us to live it. When mind is renewed the impossible looks logical. Not because I don't want to rob banks anymore; mind of God is made manifest in us; demonstrate His will in us. The will of God is found in Mt. 6, Lord's Prayer - it's repeated twice: thy kingdom come, thy will be done (same phrases to give us insight to what we're praying for). King's dominion to be realized, His will be done - same thing. God's Will: The reality of heaven to invade earth. We need to know what exists in heaven, and what doesn't exist. Prove what exists in heaven can truly be manifested here on earth. (Vacuum cleaner salesman - you open door, they throw dirt on your floor; give you a speech about how great my cleaner is, give them a brochure, and leave. But I never demonstrated or proved the vacuum cleaner. Hi, I'm so and so, and I represent the whiz bang kingdom of God, heals all your diseases, fixes all your problems, torments he gets rid of, look at the mess in your life, give me a call if you ever want help.) What will it look like when you're conformed to the world? You will look like everyone else. If your mind is transformed what will it look like? Be going against the grain, constantly bringing the reality of His dominion in to noteriety, recognition, acknowledged. People will be overwhelmed by the manifest presense of God. Known by his people. People talking. It was like heaven on earth. God resets bones in Bill's church. It's a common thing - logical. When you see a work of God, make sure you don't leave unchanged - see differently. Let it impact your heart. Pray for people (prayed for guy with a cast who was brought to church; jaw dropped when pain left). Now you look for casts on people's arm. The mind begins to learn see thru the miracle of God, thru your history with God you learn to see things differently. What use to be impossible, now seems normal. I don't have a renewed mind in every area I pray for, but I'm in the process. Don't forget the miracle; change your thinking. One time a young man fell in the service and broke his arm. Mother came to the man of faith and power. I ran to the back, and I laid down with him, looked at the break, and forgot every miracle I've ever seen - I said "call the doctor." I've seen plenty of miracles and bones healed; I forgot everything I've seen. It didn't change how I thought; hadn't convinced me to see differently; I turned to fear and anxiety - causes you to forget and not hear His voice. In hearing from Him we have faith. He repented to the mother later. Not guilt/shame thing, just conviction that he erred. The world has the same way of looking at things ; be transformed by the renewing of your mind. How can you know? You can prove the will of God, prove the reality of God demonstrated on earth. The adventure is the learning to recognize. I can feel the presence of the angels of God standing beside me (fire up my side) when I'm witnessing to a neighbor (these things will increase). Our body will be an antenna.
