This paper will address the Rapture topic, the Second Coming and more, and the Scriptural and revelatory proofs that I believe God has made very clear (thru Jesus, Gabriel, St. Paul, Pastor Buck, and a couple other references), to give His people Scripturally mandated hope, and a balanced understanding, in this age of rampant speculation and error.

Why did God send the Angel Gabriel to Pastor Buck 27 times between 1978 and 79?

Everyone who has read this story, and given it any kind of thought, has to wonder why. I have asked that several times over the years, and began to look within the book to find an answer, and I did. I found that it was answered several times throughout the AoA book in the messages Gabriel brought. Pastor Buck even asked himself, why is this happening, what is the message God is trying to get through? Let me quote directly from the book again:

"What is the heart of his message? What is the truth that God is bringing to the world today? Is it something so important to God that he is using divine messengers to quicken the Word where people have failed to discern what he has really said?"

He is not giving us a new Word. He is taking his Word, the Bible, and turning a light on inside of it, making it alive!

That question ran over and over in my mind, "God, what is the heart of the message that you want the world to have at this hour?" As I think about all of the thrilling messages that the Lord has given to me through angels, I realize all of them point back to one central truth. This has proven to be the very heart of God, the heart of the Bible, the heart of all history. The very core, the very center of God's message to us is THE SACRIFICE OF JESUS!

Did not Jesus claim He came to reveal the heart of the Father to mankind?  He said, if you have seen Me, you have seen the Father. He wants a family, and He has redeemed his lost sons, and He wants the world to know. Again, WHY? Because we have an incredibly loving Father. And He wants you to know the doors of reconciliation are wide open, and He wants you to come back to Him.

And, God is illuminating truths of the Bible in unprecedented ways prior to the return of Jesus.

Again, why is God illuminating truths He has already written in the Bible? Again, it is answered in Chapter 1, because He is revealing ... His deep love for a world that had lost it's way, and because "I CARE!"

And, how has God shown His Care? Again, it is answered directly in Ch. 7, He Tasted Death.

Because He cares, and so many people have NOT discerned (understood) the importance and message of His Word, and have lost their way, He is explaining it to us again, one last time, before the soon approaching return of Jesus. Again,  He is not giving us a new Word. He is taking his Word, the Bible, and turning a light on inside of it, making it alive!

Therefore, the AoA book is "extra mercy" in my opinion. God has already spoken all He needs to say in the Biblical record. The parable about the Rich man and Lazarus is proof of this. The rich man finds himself in hell, and asks Abraham to send Lazarus back to earth to his 5 brothers, to warn them about hell. This is not true concern by the rich man, but rather his underhanded way of accusing God of not doing enough, not warning him of this place called hell (you need to send someone from beyond and warn about this place). Surely if someone is sent from the grave my brothers will believe, he claims. Abraham tells him, no, even if someone is sent from the grave, they won't believe if they haven't already believed the spoken and written Word of God, given to the Prophets and Moses. The message is clear, God has said and done enough. We only have one duty, to believe the witness of those who have encountered God.

They replied, "What (work) does God require of us?" Jesus told them, "This is what God wants (requires) you to do: Believe in the One He has sent." John 6:28,29 Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen. Mark 16:14 NKJV

God isn't required to illuminate His truth AGAIN, but He has, because He cares, and is showing us much mercy and grace, AGAIN.

Because of the nature of this book, some may look for reasons to refuse to accept ... instead of reasons why God has sent these messages. To others it may be in conflict with accepted beliefs. This is understandable. God merely stated how things really are, and made no effort to support any chosen position or theology, but rather to reveal his deep love for a world that had lost it's way, but has been found as a result of the sacrifice of Jesus.

Here is a HUGE clue about the near return of Jesus. Gabriel brought the messages. The last time Gabriel showed up in human history was to announce the births of John the Baptist and Jesus. If it's not obvious to you, let me try and explain. Gabriel quotes from AoA book:

Gabriel said his function is in the fulfilling of God's plan, and he was the angel God assigned to instigate the action.

He (Gabriel) discussed the unfolding plan of God for the entire world and brought me warm feelings from God's own heart as to the concern he has for people. His love for people is so great; He is a lot more interested in them than He is in procedure! He LOVES people!

"Daniel, I am here to help you understand God's plans".

And I heard a human voice calling out from the Ulai River, "Gabriel, tell this man the meaning of his vision." As Gabriel approached the place where I was standing, I became so terrified that I fell to the ground. "Son of man," he said, "you must understand that the events you have seen in your vision relate to the time of the end." While he was speaking, I fainted and lay there with my face to the ground. But Gabriel roused me with a touch and helped me to my feet. Then he said, "I am here to tell you what will happen later in the time of wrath. What you have seen pertains to the very end of time." Daniel 8:16-19 NLT

Gabriel saw to it that the timing of God's plan was perfect.

If Gabriel shows up, something big is about to happen on God's calendar. Just as Gabriel announced another chapter in God's unfolding plan, the birth of John the Baptist and Jesus, so he has been sent to earth yet again, because another great chapter is about to unfold - the return of Jesus for His Bride in the Rapture, Great Tribulation, and the Second Coming of Jesus to earth to rescue a surviving remnant of Israel.

Again, when Gabriel shows up, something is about to happen of great significance. It should be obvious to you now, Gabriel has shown up again because Jesus is about to start the final harvest of people thru the Rapture, Great Tribulation, and His second advent (or Coming of Jesus back to earth to set up His 1000 year reign on earth, that we call the Millennium). As a side note: Gabriel first visited Buck in 1978. Add 40 years to 1978 and you come up with 2018 using the solar calendar. Could something "significant" be happening in 2018?

II. How

How have we "lost our way"? What message have we missed? God's calender - God's Priorities in chapter 6 for one thing, the sacrificial death of Jesus in chapter 7, and our position in God, because of the Atonement in chapter 8.

"What is the heart of his message? What is the truth that God is bringing to the world today? Is it something so important to God that he is using divine messengers to quicken the Word where people have failed to discern what He has really said?"

God says, "See him, discern him, because if you don't, you are often weak, you are sickly, and you are subject to the attacks, the let-down and the draining of your spiritual strength".

How do I know we've missed it? I know because churches in America (and I am speaking as an American about the conditions I see in the USA) have not celebrated, rehearsed God's Feasts, as we are commanded to do in Leviticus 23. They are unaware that they represent God's calendar. What, you may protest, those are Jewish festivals, and we are Gentiles, the Church. No, they are not Jewish feast, they are God's feasts, or specific appointments with mankind. And if you belong to God, we are commanded to rehearse them (holy convocation) for all time. These feasts are a celebration of God's faithfulness and outline or provide a timeline of His REDEMPTIVE PLAN for all of mankind. I believe we are not only supposed to celebrate these feasts as the Body and Bride of Christ, here and now, but eternally in the Kingdom. I believe this because at their very inception, God told us that we were to celebrate them "forever". Forever includes the coming Kingdom of our LORD which is the only Kingdom which lasts forever. The Christian Church's lack of understanding of these appointed times or "Feasts" has robbed it of a greater understanding of the salvation provided through Yeshua or Jesus. The anti-semitic Emperor Constantine robbed the believers of this understanding, when he outlawed their observance and scrubbed Christianity of its Hebrew/Jewish roots and instead mixed in pagan celebrations and rituals to take the place of the Hebrew celebrations ordained by God (such as Easter, instead of Passover/First Fruits).

Lev. 23:1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 2 "Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: 'The feasts (appointed times) of the Lord, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations (dress-rehearsals), these are My feasts.

To translate the Hebrew words properly in English, this verse should sound like this:

Speak unto the children of Israel and say unto them concerning the divinely appointed times of the Lord which you shall proclaim (announce) to be holy (special) dress-rehearsals, even these are for My divinely set appointments.

They are God's divinely appointed times when He will intervene in history. Obviously a dress-rehearsal is practice of the real event. Sadly, the nearest event American's celebrate is Easter (First Fruits?), and even then, it's a pitiful attempt involving rabbits, baskets, Easter-egg hunts, and other useless traditions that do not convey the true message to our children. What about the meaning of the other six feasts?

Have we not lost our way? So many so-called Christians have never been taught this in our American churches. The Feasts (Appointed Times) represent God's unfolding plan - they are His calendar of major events. They predict the future. They tell you of the BIG EVENTS of when God is going to intervene in the history of man, revealing and administering HIS PLAN of salvation, His harvesting of people, and the WHEN. It's a calendar that clearly states what God has done, is doing, and will do in the future.

Unfortunately, this major truth is not taught in the majority of seminary's today either. That is pitiful - they don't even get the Big Picture. I know I've never heard the Feasts taught in the Baptist church I grew up in as a child. Even Pastor Buck was amazed during these many visits of how much he didn't know, and how much God was teaching him.

As he gave me this dazzling overlay of truth, it added a new beauty and unity to the entire Bible, which I previously did not have. Certain biblical truths, which I had seen darkly, were now perfectly clear, and I could see how all the pieces fit together in what God was doing!

I had read through the Bible many times and had never seen this beautiful truth of God, stating that he looks at man from a different level than man himself does.

The Word of God has supported every truth these angelic beings have made real to me. After these glorious revelations, difficult truths become simple! How could I have missed them all this time?

I'm not saying Pastor Buck did not know about the Feasts of the Lord, nor taught them, I am confessing until I read this book, I had never heard it taught before, and I went to church my entire life in Texas. If you haven't figure it out yet, I am not Pastor Buck, Sharon White, or any publishing house representative. I am just a friend of the Lord who was given the privilege of reading AoA in 1979, the first month it came out, believing, and was told by the Holy Spirit to place this wonderful message up on the Internet several years ago (2002). But, Pastor Buck did say, Then, to my amazement, he (Gabriel) related every one of these priorities (Ch. 6) for us today, to the seven festivals God had given to Israel long ago!

III. When

Then God said, "Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and seasons (or epoch - an event or a time marked by an event that begins a new period), and for days and years ... Gen. 1:14

God gave us the lights in the heavens to not only help us know the days and years (our Gregorian calendar), but the signs and seasons. Seasons is not talking about winter, spring, summer and fall. The Hebrew word used for seasons is the same one for festivals, which more accurately is translated "appointed times". We need God's calendar too, if we are to understand our times of visitation. Most of the unbelieving Jews did not recognize their appointment time when Jesus came the first time, and it cost them, as they were the victims of genocide at the hands of the Romans in 70 AD, not to mention eternal damnation in hell for their unbelief.

But as they came closer to Jerusalem and Jesus saw the city ahead, he began to cry. "I wish that even today you would find the way of peace. But now it is too late, and peace is hidden from you. Before long your enemies will build ramparts against your walls and encircle you and close in on you. They will crush you to the ground, and your children with you. Your enemies (Romans in 70 AD) will not leave a single stone in place, because you have rejected the opportunity (did not recognize the time of your visitation, appointed time) God offered you (when Jesus came to earth the first time)." Lk. 19:41-44

So God is saying we can know the signs (that point to the seasons - appointment times), which will signal when His appointments with mankind are coming. Many give up on prophecy, claiming that we will not know the day or hour. I dare say we interpret this wrong not judging the context in which it was spoken. We are told in Scripture we are to be knowledgebale and aware of prophecy. Many Jews did not know the predicted time of the Messiah's coming, and rejected Him. We are accountable to know prophecy. And how much moreso in our day, with so many predictions of the Bible fulfilled, and resources to study from, available in hindsight.

Concerning the Second Coming (a time fixed by God) we can read the "signs" given by Jesus Himself in Mt. 24. We are also commanded to watch and pray we be found worthy to escape the wrath to come (tribulation period).

Types or Patterns

His great unfolding plan is revealed in the seven festivals (appointed times) God told his people to rehearse (convocation, in the KJV, means to dress-rehearse) each year, since they reveal what He has done, is doing, and will do in the future. They are outlined in chapter 6 - God's Priorities.

According to chapter 6, God's Priorities given to Pastor Buck by the angel Gabriel, God's appointed times (feasts) clearly picture what GOD HAS DONE, IS DOING, and WILL DO in the near future.

John, to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is to come ... Rev. 1:4

"I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End," says the Lord, "who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty." Rev. 1:8

The word Feasts (which were to be times of Joy) comes from the Hebrew word moed, which properly translated means Appointed Times - God's Appointments with mankind - MY Appointments in history when I will intervene. A fixed time or season, specifically a festival, to fix upon by agreement or appointment, by implication to meet at a specific, stated time, to engage for marriage.

Wouldn't it be good, if you were getting married, that you knew the time of your wedding so you could show up? Are we not scheduled to attend the Wedding Feast of the Lamb? If you don't know when it is, you might miss it, and Jesus' warnings do predict that some will miss the Rapture (some will be taken, others left, 5 foolish virgins, watch therefore, etc.) People didn't realize what was going to happen until the Flood came and swept them all away.

... That is the way it will be when the Son of Man comes. "Two men will be working together in the field; one will be taken, the other left. Two women will be grinding flour at the mill; one will be taken, the other left. Mt. 24:39-41

You have to be left somewhere - they are left on the earth after the Rapture. Even Jesus told Pastor Buck directly about the special use of this word "taken" that is used once in the entire Bible.

"Then Jesus spoke to me and said that word (taken) was, 'Laid on the shelf, never to be used again." Taken from Chapter 28, Face to Face

We are to know the times of our appointments. God's calendar (Priorities) reveal his calendar, or appointment times.

Many teach today that the first 4 feasts represent what Jesus accomplished when He came the first time:

First Advent:

(1) Passover - Jesus, the Lamb of God, slain for the forgiveness of the sins of all mankind.

(2) Unleavened Bread - Jesus had to be sinless (leaven represents sin).

(3) First Fruits - Jesus was the first person, of many, resurrected from the dead.

(4) Pentecost - Church was born as God's Law was written on the hearts of man, thru the power of the Holy Spirit (Israel received the Law written on stone tablets 50 days after leaving Egypt).

Second Advent:

They also teach that the final 3 feasts, (5) Trumpets, (6) Atonement, and (7) Tabernacles will be fulfilled when Christ returns a second time to earth. They teach Trumpets represent the Rapture, Atonement the Great Tribulation period, and Tabernacles the Second Coming of Christ to save Israel and establish a 1000 year rule on earth. This is just plain wrong.

I propose a different order, based on what GOD SAID in chapter 6, God's Priorities.

See what God Has Done, Is Doing, and Will Do:

We have the privilege of living late in human history and have the great benefit of hind-sight (we are without excuse). I am writing this in September, the year 2011. We are able to look back and see what God has already done, just as the Feasts predicted, right on time.

· What God HAS DONE (while Jesus was on earth):

1. Passover
God provided an innocent sacrifice: And Abraham said, "My son, God will provide for Himself the lamb for a burnt offering." Gen. 22:8
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son ... John 3:16

Every message the angel brought has pointed to the sacrifice of Jesus. His blood is important, because the demands of justice have been satisfied, the wrath of God appeased, and the records of iniquity erased through the shedding of that blood.

2. Unleavened Bread
Jesus had be examined and found without spot or blemish - sinless (leaven represents sin).
Your lamb shall be without blemish ... Ex. 12:5;
So Pilate said to the chief priests and the crowd, "I find no fault in this Man." Luke 23:4
Keeping a close watch on him (sacrifice was examined and found to be blameless, spotless), they sent spies, who pretended to be honest. They hoped to catch Jesus in something he said so that they might hand him over to the power and authority of the governor ... So they failed to trap him in the presence of the people ... and they were silenced. Luke 20:20-26
Which of you can truthfully accuse me of sin? And since I am telling you the truth, why don't you believe me? John 8:46

He wants us to be able to have rich and wonderful communion with him (free from sin). He is accomplishing this through his Word and by his Spirit. God wants to fellowship with you! He wants you to enjoy an awareness of his presence every day!

3. First Fruits
Jesus was the first, of many, resurrected with an immortal body, on the third day after His crucifixion: the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; and coming out of the graves after His resurrection, they went into the holy city and appeared to many. Matthew 27: 52,53
For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the firstborn, with many brothers and sisters. Rom.8:29

Jesus is alive! Death has been conquered! Even though we may experience death as far as this physical life is concerned, this isn't the real death. The death of the soul, the real death, has been conquered!

Pentecost happened 50 days after Jesus was resurrected and 10 days after He ascended into heaven and was no longer on earth, therefore, I lump the Feast of Pentecost into what God is doing now. The first 3 feasts (appointed times) represent when Jesus was to arrive EXACTLY on time and fulfill what He was sent to accomplish while He was on earth - the redemption of mankind and the earth making reconciliation with God possible. He is not on earth now, but at the right hand of God the Father. So, what is He doing now? He is working thru the Holy Spirit to reconcile Jew and Gentile to Himself:

· What God Is Doing NOW (now that Jesus is in heaven, at the Father's right hand):

4. Pentecost (Weeks)
God has written His Law in our hearts by filling us with His Holy Spirit:
But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts (original law was written on tablets of stone); and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. Jer. 31:33
... and he has identified us as his own by placing the Holy Spirit in our hearts as the first installment of everything he will give us. 2 Cor. 1:22

He wanted to make each and every one of us conformed to the image of his Son, so that as we view him (God), we are transformed into the same image from glory to glory! In order to do what Jesus did on earth, we must have the same power he had! In order to be like Jesus, we must have God's Holy Spirit!

5. Trumpets
Sound the Good News (Gospel), you can come to God now - The Great Commission.
Jesus came and told his disciples, "I have been given complete authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Mt. 28:18-20

The fifth priority (Feast of Trumpets) was enlarged upon one day when Gabriel was talking with me in my church office. He paced back and forth as he talked. It was the first time I had ever seen a severe look on his face. He said God was concerned that people would hear his message and be roused to the truth, and then go back to sleep. One of the top priorities of God is that we GO TELL THE WORLD! Jesus said, go ye into the entire world and carry this Good News: God says, "You can come to me now!" "The barriers are down!" "You have been reconciled by the death of my Son!" This is the message of redemption we are to carry to the entire world!

6. Atonement
Blood covering is eternal.
Long ago, even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. Eph. 1:4 Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption. Heb. 9:12 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Rom. 6:23

All of our needs are covered in the atonement. With this covering over us, God can see us and accept us. Without the atonement, Gabriel said, we could not be accepted. Because people are in bondage to fear, it is important to God that people know that before he made the earth, he planned that they would be covered by his atonement. We cannot please God or really serve him if we are constantly living in fear that God has some hidden sin to bring against us. He wants us to know that our lives are covered when our faith and our trust are in him!

So, you see, the first 3 (feasts) given in Lev. 23, pictured the future appointments when God would intervene in history and send Jesus the first time, which He accomplished right on time, when He said He would (see book of Daniel).

I believe the next 3 feasts, (4) Pentecost, (5) Trumpets, and (6) Atonement, are being fulfilled NOW, or continuing to be fulfilled in earth time. Jesus was already in Heaven, 10 days before Pentecost happened. Feasts 4, 5 and 6, Pentecost, Trumpets, and the Atonement are being administered since Jesus ascended to the Father until the present time. Jesus is filling people with His Spirit when they are "born again". People are being harvested each day (some die each day in the Lord), and have been for the past 2000 years. Jesus is most definitely administering the Feasts of Pentecost, Trumpets, and Atonement as we live and breathe today. Have you asked Him to forgive you? Ask now - He will hear you, and welcome you into the family, because of the price Jesus paid to save you. Faith is belief when there is no visible proof - He requires it. Just ask - He waits and listens. Eternity may not matter to some now, but a day is coming when it will be ALL THAT MATTERS.

There is only one remaining Feast (appointment) to be played out in the next few years - Tabernacles.

Scriptural parallels and patterns (as well as angelic and heavenly confirmation) reveal the Rapture, Great Tribulation and the Second Coming are pictured in the last, remaining Feast (appointment time) of Tabernacles.

What God is Going to Do - He will send Jesus back to earth a second time:

7. Tabernacles (Ingathering, Shelters, Booths or Sukkot)
The Return of Jesus: ... suddenly two white-robed men (angels of God) were standing there among them, and said, 'Men of Galilee, why are you standing here staring at the sky? Jesus has gone away to heaven, and some day, just as he went, He will return!'" Acts 1:10,11

God is telling us to prepare ourselves for that great day! For those whose names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life, it will be glory! For those whose names are not there, it will be doom forever. When Gabriel had finished telling me this message of God's top priorities, he said that they are so much a part of God's plan that he had them all spelled out even before he made the world. He directed me to the (*twenty-third chapter of Leviticus - see next paragraph), where God gave Moses plans for the Tabernacle, a miniature model of his total plan. Then, to my amazement, he (Gabriel) related every one of these priorities for us today, to the seven festivals God had given to Israel long ago!

*Note: I believe this is a typographical mistake in the first writing of AoA by the Hunters. The tabernacle picture is given in Exodus 25 in the KJV, not Lev. 23. Perhaps they, or Pastor Buck, only quoted the wrong chapter and book. Both, the pattern of the Tabernacle and the Feasts are prophetic pictures of what God was going to do in the future - send Jesus and redeem the world. Pastor Buck does state in the next line, Gabriel showed him that God's Priorities were already given in the picture of the seven festivals (which is in Lev. 23). Everything Gabriel revealed to Pastor Buck was already in the Bible. Because of this, I can't warn the so-called Christians enough, who attack this story as somehow "false teaching" to wake up, you are the ones deceived. There is nothing in the AoA story contrary to the established Word of God, but as already stated, the AoA story is only an illumination, reiteration, of what God has already said in His eternal Holy Word. Period. Beware of criticizing God's anointed.

Now I know some may be wondering where I came up with the Feast of Tabernacles picturing the Rapture, Great Tribulation and the Second Coming? I am aware that some so-called Christian circles are preaching against the Rapture. Unfortunately, they are ignorant of the Word of God and scaring people to death in a condemning spirit. I don't care if they have a PhD from The University of the Incomplete Word, they've missed the mark, and have not rightly divided the Word of truth.

Many people would like to just find a verse in the Bible that plainly states the Rapture event and they can't find it (but it is clearly revealed in Thessalonians). Are there any verses in the Old Testament that clearly states that Jesus was going to come to earth, die as the Lamb of God for the sins of the world, all in one place? No, not clearly anyway. God's mysteries are hidden in patterns and symbolic imagery in the Old Testament, in bits and pieces, as are all the other appointed times. But they are not hidden from us, but for us.

He replied, "You have been permitted to understand the secrets of the Kingdom of God. But I am using these stories to conceal everything about it from outsiders, so that the Scriptures might be fulfilled: 'They see what I do, but they don't really see; they hear what I say, but they don't understand.' Luke 8:10

The details of the life of Christ in the future are scattered all over the Old Testament, not in any one place. All the Old Testament prophets had a piece of the revelation. So, you're not going to find the Rapture revealed except in pattern, parallels and symbolic imagery.

The old system in the law of Moses was only a shadow of the things to come, not the reality of the good things Christ has done for us. Hebrews 10:1

Yes, I know the actual English word Rapture is not found in the Bible, or is it? The Greek word for "caught up" is harpazo (or snatch away by force), that we translate in the English "rapture". It is also referred to in the Scriptures as the ingathering, Great Assembly in OT (Enoch and Elijah were both raptured), the catching-away, call it what you like, the Rapture event is clearly revealed in the Bible. By the way, the word Rapture is in the Bible - the Latin Bible. But our English Bible is translated from the Greek, and the Greek word is "harpazo". As a side note (of many), Paul says the Trump of God will sound. That only happens twice in the entire Bible, here in Thessalonians, and when God gave Moses the Law on Mt. Sinai. It is very possible that God will call everyone by name. Is He capable of this? I think He is. Chuck Missler has an indepth series on this topic at www.youtube.com/watch?v=HAthXaYLPwI .

Some claim we're just wanting to escape. Yes, we are. Look at the times when God was bringing judgment that He alerted His people, and provided for their escape - Lot, Noah, and others. There is nothing wrong with escaping the wrath of God in the tribulation period. He has no desire for His children to go thru it.

Surely the Lord God does nothing, unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets (first). Amos 3:7

Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man." Luke 21:36 NKJV

He (Gabriel) said that it would be totally contrary to the character of God for even one believer to go thru even one day of the tribulation time.

Also, the Bible does not mention Millennium either, but it does the 1000 year reign on earth of Christ - we just call it the Millennium.

... They came to life again, and they reigned with Christ for a thousand years. Rev. 20:4.

So, don't get hung up on semantics; it's not that difficult to understand. One group of 4 theologians, with all kinds of acronyms next to their names, got together and declared the AoA story hearesy because they couldn't find the name of the angel Chrioni (mentioned in the AoA book) in the Bible, and dedicated a web site to their protest. What? That is so wrong. If there are billions and billions of angels, do you expect God to place all of their names in the Bible? That kind of logic is embarrassingly stupid - and this from educated, religious men? It reminds me of some other religiously educated men that Jesus had problems with while on earth.

The Feast of Tabernacles pictures the Rapture:

Most people do not debate that Tabernacles is a picture of Christ returning to earth a second time - the Second Coming. But where does the Rapture fit? There is MUCH detail I'm leaving out at this point, but have included an excellent video series further down. Some teach that the Feast of Trumpets pictures the Rapture, but that's not the theme God gave for that feast. We are to Trumpet the Good News, that reconciliation with God is available NOW - that is the theme of Trumpets - the Great Commission is our commandment to evangelize (see Ch. 6 in AoA book). Someone told you about what Christ had done for you.

Look at the pattern of the Feast of Tabernacles, a harvest feast, also called the Ingathering. It is a 7-day feast. On the first day, the people are to leave their (earthly) homes and go away for 7 days. The first and concluding eighth day are days of Total Rest.

The first day represents the Rapture, when we meet the Lord in the air - the Lord does not come all the way back to the earth at this time - we meet in the air.

... caught up (harpazo, same Greek word we get Rapture from) together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. 1 Thess. 4:17

I could see how leaving our earthly homes is also a picture of leaving our bodies, and getting new ones (remember, Paul said we would be 'changed' in the twinkling of an eye). Just as the Jewish people were instructed to live in these temporary shelters, as the Hebrews did in the desert for 40 years, so we too are only living in these temporary earthly bodies. The rapture is just another phase of His great harvest of people - the Great Ingathering, where we will leave our temporary bodies for permanent ones. It is at this time, when those who are living are "caught-away" (raptured; harvested) that we receive our eternal, glorified bodies, that can dwell in heaven as well as the earth. Jesus showed off this new body after His resurrection. It was able to dwell in heaven, as well as earth - remember how He ate fish, to prove to the frightened Disciples he was not a ghost, yet He was able to appear and disappear thru walls and locked doors. Paul mentions this great event twice:

1 Thess. 4:15 For this we say to you by the word of the Lord (received directly from Jesus), that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. 16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first (see, Rapture is one of several resurrections of the body). 17 Then we who are alive and remain (are alive on earth) shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air (not on the ground). And thus we shall always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.

Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep (in other words, not all humans will die a physical death [sleep], there will be some in history that will never die - the Rapture event), but we shall all be changed - in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed (both the living and the dead receive their eternal, glorified bodies - we are changed). For this corruptible must put on incorruptibility, and this mortal must put on immortality. 1 Cor. 15:51-53

First day = Rapture

The 7 days we are gone to heaven represent the 7 year tribulation on earth.

At the end of the 7th day, Christ returns physically to the earth, to save a remnant of Israel (Second Coming)

and the 8th day represents His establishment of His Millennial Kingdom (1000 year reign). The first day is a day of total rest (for those who are raptured). The 8th day, when the Millennium is established is also a day of total rest. The enemies of Israel are destroyed, the remnant of Israel discovers Jesus was their Messiah all along:

... then they [Israel] will look on Me whom they pierced. Yes, they will mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son, and grieve for Him as one grieves for a firstborn. Zechariah 12:10
Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. Revelation 1:7.

The antichrist and false prophet are thrown into the Lake of Fire, satan is chained up. Certainly the Second Coming will be a day of rest from our enemies and labors.

That's it, that is what I believe the Feast (Appointed Time) of Tabernacles is a picture of.

In Summary:

(Day 1) Christ's first coming accomplished Passover, Unleavened Bread and First Fruits.

(Day 2) Christ is currently administering Pentecost, Trumpets and Atonement.

(3rd Day) Christ's ingathering (Rapture) of those alive, and His second coming 7 years later is to come during the Feast of Tabernacles.

As a side note, it is just plain arrogant, or ignorant, of people who have predicted dates for the Rapture (2011 and prior) that have come and gone, to claim, 'oh, God is just delaying it, out of mercy' to cover for their mistake. No, no, all these major events on God's appointment schedule have been established before the foundations of the world. He hasn't delayed anything. He is still in complete control. The other appointments were perfectly on time, so will the Rapture, Tribulation, and Second Coming be.

I want to share with those who have read Angels On Assignment one last clue I believe the Lord led me to. You must know that the AoA book is only an outline of all Gabriel said to Pastor Buck. The main messages are given. But the details are in Pastor Buck's sermons, that he progressively gave in 1978, 79, as the visits continued. The audio sermons and transcripts are available here. I have gleaned priceless nuggets, details, from his sermons, that aren't necessarily in the book. Here are two important ones that relate to this topic of the feasts:

Many prophecy people teach that the Feast of Trumpets pictures the Rapture. I believed it for years. But in time, especially this past year, I began to question it, because that is not the theme given to Pastor Buck in the God's Priorities chapter, chapter 6. Trumpets represents the Great Commission to herald the Good News, that reconciliation with God is available now. So, I started to ask God about it. I have NOT had an angel visit me, nor have I had dreams or visions. But I don't need any - God already sent Gabriel to Pastor Buck. He told him not to defend himself or this message, saying those that believe do not need a sign, and those that don't believe, would question (debate) any sign given. Nothing good ever happens to those who are doomed by unbelief. I do believe He answered me and showed me. Here is the pattern that came to me:

70 Years

Israel was born again as a nation on May 14, 1948. 1948 + 70 years = 2018

In spite of the teaching of imminence, it is worth noting that Daniel knew (from reading Jeremiah's prophecies) that the time of Israel's 70 year captivity was soon to be over, and he went into prayer. Gabriel was sent to him and Daniel was given the most important verses found in the Bible about ends times, found in Daniel 9. I ask, will some know today? According to Daniel, the wise will understand in the end times. He was told to seal up the prophesy, which means no one would understand what it meant, UNTIL the time of the end. So, those in the end will begin to understand. I believe we are. Yes, yes, Jesus said you won't know the day or hour (small period of time, a day and hour) but we can know the season. The season is the Feast of Tabernacles.

Remember, according to the messages brought by the Angel Gabriel, the Feast of Trumpets does NOT picture the Rapture event (as is frequently taught today in prophecy cirlces), rather the current command to spread, or trumpet the Gospel, that barriers are down, that you can be reconciled to God. Tabernacles pictures the Rapture, 7 year Tribulation period, and Second Coming. Time is short. So don't get caught up with hysteria, quiting your job, selling your home, and climbing on top of some mountain to wait for the rapture bus, or seek to escape the anti-christ by isolation. We are commanded by Christ to "occupy" until He comes; to let our lights shine. We are to be advancing, not cower in isolation in a defensive position. "Be of good cheer, I have overcome the world". We are clearly told to continue seeking first the Kingdom (the Kingdom, or rule of God, his terms, take first priority), and being available to co-labor with all God is doing daily on this earth - advancing the Kingdom of God in our sphere of influence. Fear not, has always been the frequent first command. Sitting at the bus stop (or in a survival bunker) was never commanded. You will recall that Paul had to correct some of the Thessalonians, and tell them to go back to work.

Nuggets of Proof

I asked the Lord, where did I get this 70 years from? Am I making this up? For no explainable reason (wasn't even thinking about it) other than the Holy Spirit, I opened up the transcripts of Pastor Bucks sermons the next morning. There are 68 of them at Original Sermons and I happened to click FIRST, on #48. In Zechariah 1:12 Gabriel reminds God Israel has been in exile 70 years, and is asking God, how much longer? God says 'time is up'. Then Pastor Buck is shown by God (when he was meeting Jesus for the first time) that this verse is a prophetic (symbolic) picture of when Christ returns for His people. Since Christ's sacrifice, all are called to be reconciled to God - there is no longer Jew or Gentile - only believers, those who are born again, and those who don't believe. HIS PEOPLE are believers, and they will be raptured someday (some taken, some left). Direct quote below:

Another thing He told me as he gave me this message, in Zechariah 1:12, the angel Gabriel who is the angel who stands in God's presence. And he said, "God those children of Israel have been in bondage for 70 years. How long are You going to allow them to stay in bondage. The time is up." God said, "Tell them that I have turned to them with mercy and I will bring them into the land that I promised them (restoration). I will keep my promise." Then God gave me the beautiful picture that this promise was very symbolic (prophetic - prediction of the future) of the day when Jesus comes to take His own people back.

It is also known that 70 is the number of restoration for Israel.

I think it's interesting to note also, that this verse is quoted in Ch. 7, He Tasted Death, in the AoA book, but no mention is made by the Hunters, that God gave Pastor Buck the direct revelation that this 70 years is a symbolic picture of Christ returning for His people. Was this too "controversial" even for them? Again, Buck revealed it in his sermon to his church, but this HUGE detail is not mentioned in the AoA book. Interesting. Is this the way to hide significant truth from the cursory reader? How many people in the world today have an honest awareness as to how soon Christ's return is? There are even foolish Christians and pastors, in name, that preach against the Rapture event (a major resurrection event), an event that is part of the plan of God; His idea. As it was in the days of Noah ... the majority of people are clueless.

Remember, when God showed this to Pastor Buck, he was in heaven talking with and meeting Jesus for the first time in his life. At first, I thought this prediction was referring to Israel, but there is no longer Jew or Gentile - you are either a believer or not. Therefore, this is a prediction of when Jesus comes back for HIS PEOPLE - the true believer, the Bride, at the Rapture. I know I'm repeating myself, but I want it to be very clear - it should be that way. God does not want us depressed or scared, thinking we've got to escape to the mountains or into survival bunkers to avoid the anitchrist. No, we are to be salt and light to those we have relationships with, those who we meet everyday. Jesus said, be of good cheer, I have overcome the world - therefore, we have too - let your light shine to all in your path.

You should also notice another nugget on that same page (concerning those who miss the Rapture, are shocked awake, and determine to believe in the Gospel of reconciliation with God, finally), where Pastor says, In the presence of Jesus I was allowed to see the terrible days of tribulation from God's point of view ... Jesus stated that even tribulation would not separate men and women from His love. Then he stated that millions would be saved by death in standing for God in those days. Many that have been prayed for that God has promised salvation may not have accepted in this life will turn to God in that time. The Spirit will still be working on the earth at this time. He said the prayers of those who loved God for their loved ones will still be effective. They will die for their stand and be united at the resurrection at the close of these days of sorrow with loved ones who were caught up (Raptured) before these awful days. The Bible does teach that those who left in the Rapture, before the Tribulation, will return with Jesus at the Second Coming. Again, it will not be a pleasant time, but many will be shocked awake by the Rapture event, smell a rat, called the antichrist, and finally give heed to the gospel of grace, will be hunted down by evil, take a stand, and pay with their life.

Rev. 7:9 After this I saw a vast crowd too great to count, from every nation and tribe and people and language, standing in front of the throne and before the Lamb ... 13 Then one of the twenty-four elders asked me, "Who are these who are clothed in white? Where do they come from?" 14 And I said to him, "Sir, you are the one who knows." Then he said to me, "These are the ones coming out of the great tribulation. They washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb and made them white.

And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their testimony about Jesus, for proclaiming the word of God. And I saw the souls of those who had not worshiped the beast or his statue, nor accepted his mark on their forehead or their hands. They came to life again, and they reigned with Christ for a thousand years. Rev. 20:4

Jesus ends by saying: ... not one believer in fellowship with Him (before the Tribulation) will taste the wrath and the fury of even one day of tribulation. Hallelujah. If you are reading this after the Rapture, there is still hope (click here), though times are going to be very bad. Endure and be saved; it's certainly better than an eternal Lake of Fire that the unbelieving will find themselves in.

Some quotes above from Pastor Buck, when he met Jesus face to face in August of 1979, were after the AoA book was first published in July of 1979. Additional visits by Gabriel are found in the sequel book, The Man Who Talked With Angels (also on this web site here) written by his daughter, Sharon White. Some quotes above are from the sequel book in chapter 28.

Will Christians go through the Tribulation?

I hope you know the answer to that by now; have you been listening? Don't you see and hear the truth yet? Unmistakably NO, the true believer will not go thru the Tribulation period of 7 years! And contrary to some groups out there as of 2015, we are not in any part of the Tribulation period (or Revelation 6). But, lets talk about that tribulation subject briefly below.

Some so-called Christian people almost gloat with a sense of foolish, religious pride, claiming we will be going thru the Great Tribulation (the wrath of God). It's not unlike those who worked all day, and were shocked, and angry, when the laborers who worked only the last hour, were also paid an entire days wage. Theirs is a gospel of works, insecurity, instead of victory; a defensive position of disappointment, instead of offensive, contributing to the ever-expanding Kingdom of Heaven on earth. Jesus came to seek and save, not destroy. He came to reveal the Father's love for mankind. We are called to bear fruit, fruit that will remain (produce eternal reward). Many doomsdayers have taken their eyes off the victory and obsess with a fallen world's decay. We don't need to concern ourselves with who we think the antichrist might be, or what the NWO is doing, and spend countless hours emailing all the negative news headlines, with this subtle hope that "they" get what they deserve. You don't know what spirit you are of, Jesus said to the disciples that wanted to call fire down from heaven, because the locals resisted them. We have Kingdom work to do, neighbors to love on, not bomb shelters to dig and food stockpiles to gather. Even God rebuked those in the days of Amos who desired "the day of the Lord". The day of the Lord is the Great Tribulation, the wrath of the Lamb, and the wrath of God (you don't want to be around when God gets really mad, without mixture - no mercy). Read it:

Woe to you who desire the day of the Lord! For what good is the day of the Lord to you? It will be darkness, and not light. It will be as though a man fled from a lion, And a bear met him! Or as though he went into the house, Leaned his hand on the wall, And a serpent bit him! Is not the day of the Lord darkness, and not light? Is it not very dark, with no brightness in it? Amos 5:18-20

It's not going to be easy for those left behind, but the alternative is the eternal lake of fire. If I'm reading Revelation right, over 2/3 of the earth's population dies in this 7 year period. That's over 5 billion people, as evil is being eradicated. Do not forget that, most of Revelation is about evil being eradicated from a world that Jesus has redeemed (small scroll of Rev 5 is the Title Deed to the earth). Evil is a usurper that must be kicked out by force, unfortunately that includes the stubborn human rebels that worship the evil beast and won't repent, despite overwhelming proof:

... Anyone who worships the beast and his statue or who accepts his mark on the forehead or the hand must drink the wine of God's wrath. It is poured out undiluted (without mixture in KJV means without mercy) into God's cup of wrath. And they will be tormented with fire and burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and the Lamb. The smoke of their torment rises forever and ever, and they will have no relief day or night, for they have worshiped the beast and his statue and have accepted the mark of his name. Let this encourage God's holy people to endure persecution patiently and remain firm to the end, obeying his commands and trusting in Jesus. Rev. 9-12

The Rapture IS an escape from the wrath of God (nothing wrong with that), as a loving Father takes those that are His home for the wedding feast with His Son. We are told to "comfort one another" with this "blessed hope". How dare you teach falsely against the Rapture and God's spoken Word! How can people ignore or explain away "we who are alive"? ... "shall be caught up"? ... Where? "in the air" to do what? "meet the Lord" ... That's VERY PLAIN. Quit twisting the literal words false teachers.

Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words. 1 Thess. 4:17
For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ ... Titus 2:11-13 NKJV

Here are other assurances:

Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. Rev. 4:8

After the church age in Rev. 2,3, another picture of the catching away (Rapture):

After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, "Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this (after the current age of grace). Rev. 4:1

After Paul gave his revelation of the Rapture to the church in 1 Thess. 4, he says in the next chapter (remember, seasons is the same word for Feasts, or appointed times):

1 Thess. 5:1 But concerning the times and the seasons (appointed times), brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. 2 For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night (to the unbeliever). 3 For when they say, "Peace and safety!" then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. 4 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake (surprise) you as a thief. 5 You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. 6 Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. 7 For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are drunk at night. 8 But let us who are of the day be sober.

The unbelieving will be taken by surprise; just don't know it's coming, time is up:

Mt. 24:37 But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 38 For as in the days before the flood (the flood was judgment), they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, 39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 40 Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left (left on earth after the Rapture).

Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape (see, ESCAPE, yes, you do want to escape the wrath of God) all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man." Luke 21:36 NKJV

God is bringing believers together from every faith background. He is creating a unity of believers that has taken a totally different turn than what people anticipated. It's not a unity based on intellect. But it's a unity based on a unity of spirit, Jesus in your life. After all, the Word tells us Christ in you is your hope of glory. There may be some pre-tribulation people here tonight; there may be some post tribulation people. But when that clock strikes and God's great plan and the trumpet sounds, God isn't going to open up our heads and take a look and see which position we support. He's going to take a look at our hearts and see if Jesus dwells there. He tells us not to be moved away from the hope of His calling. One of the most often asked questions that I have received has to do with the rapture of the church. There seems to be a trend away from this blessed hope. And God knew it was going to happen and that's why He said, "be not moved away from this hope."

Two Events

One of the reasons so many people get confused is because Jesus talked about two events - the obvious tribulation period followed by His Second Coming and the Rapture event. Even some of the Scriptures seem to contradict one another to many, until you understand the chronology of what Jesus presented. Jesus clearly gives the outline of the end times, and it's timing, in the Olivet Discourse in Matthew 24 and 25. Most have never done a serious study, even pastors, so it has led to much confusion and debate. Here is an expert explanation of the Second Coming and Rapture, from the mouth of Jesus Himself - the Olivet Discourse - you'll be blessed if you study it and see the brilliance - the Lord gave us the answers HERE! (new window will open)

Paul's Revelation of the Rapture:

After Paul's conversion, he did not go to the disciples to be taught. Jesus Christ gave Paul a direct revelation about the Gospel He was about to make available to the Gentiles and the Rapture event (probably when he was taken to heaven: 2 Cor. 12:2 I was caught up into the third heaven fourteen years ago.). In order to be an apostle, you had to have met Jesus personally. Judas betrayed Jesus and died accursed, Paul took his place as the 12th apostle. Paul's name will be found on one of the foundation stones of the New Jerusalem. And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb. Rev. 21:14

But, my point is, Paul's revelation came directly from Jesus, on Mt. Sinai. Paul says, Gal. 1:11 Dear brothers and sisters, I solemnly assure you that the Good News of salvation which I preach is not based on mere human reasoning or logic. 12 For my message came by a direct revelation from Jesus Christ himself. No one else taught me. 13 You know what I was like when I followed the Jewish religion -- how I violently persecuted the Christians. I did my best to get rid of them. 14 I was one of the most religious Jews of my own age, and I tried as hard as possible to follow all the old traditions of my religion. 15 But then something happened! For it pleased God in his kindness to choose me and call me, even before I was born! What undeserved mercy! 16 Then he revealed his Son to me so that I could proclaim the Good News about Jesus to the Gentiles. When all this happened to me, I did not rush out to consult with anyone else; 17 nor did I go up to Jerusalem to consult with those who were apostles before I was. No, I went away into Arabia (Mt. Sinai) and later returned to the city of Damascus. 18 It was not until three years later that I finally went to Jerusalem for a visit with Peter and stayed there with him for fifteen days. 19 And the only other apostle I met at that time was James, our Lord's brother. It is here, on Mt. Sinai in Arabia, that Paul meets Jesus, and receives revelation that God is opening up the New Covenant opportunity to Gentiles too, just as Moses received the Old Covenant on Mt. Sinai. Yes, toss out those erroneous maps in the back of your Bible, which have no clue where Mt. Sinai is. Mt. Sinai is in NW Saudi Arabia. The black-top mountain can be seen today, if you can get past the Muslim guards, who don't want the world to know. Yes, in the middle of the wilderness today, is a barbed wire fence around a black-top mountain out in the middle of no where - do you think there is a reason they don't want us to know? Certainly, because they know it's Mt. Sinai and proof of the validity of the Jewish people and the Bible - it is yet more evidence to the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. See www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2dJ1KfftqY (8 videos)

When Paul returned from Mt. Sinai, the first church he wrote a letter to was the Thessalonian church. The first "mystery" Paul revealed to believers was that of the Rapture (the catching-away) of the Church, the Bride of Christ, which he also repeated to the Corinthians. A mystery is something that was hidden in the past, and not in the Old Testament plainly, but is being revealed now:

And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up (Raptured) together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.

Behold, I tell you a mystery (was hidden before, but no longer - new revelation): We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed - in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruptibility, and this mortal must put on immortality. 1 Cor. 15:51-53

Paul says, those who are alive when He comes, will be changed, in a twinkling of an eye. This is not the Second Coming of Jesus to earth, but a calling away (rapture) of the Bride of Christ, to Himself, for the Wedding Feast of the Lamb.

The second mystery (new revelation) was of the Church Age, the indwelling of the Spirit in His body - the Bride of Christ. This period has lasted almost 2000 years and the length is defined as being until the fullness of the Gentiles has come:

For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. Romans 11:25 NKJV

... the mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but now has been revealed to His saints. 27 To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. Col. 1:26

In a very brief summary, those are the two mysteries (new revelations) Paul talks about, that were not known by the Old Testament prophets - the catching-away (rapture) of the Church, and God's offer of salvation and indwelling of the Holy Spirit to all of mankind to form the Church (Bride of Christ), distinguished from Jew or Gentile - Do not cause anyone to stumble, whether Jews, Greeks (Gentiles) or the church of God. I Cor. 10:32 That is GREAT news and why it is called the Gospel.

And the angel answered and said to him, "I am Gabriel, who stands in the presence of God, and was sent to speak to you and bring you these glad tidings." Luke 1:19 NKJV

Then the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people." Luke 2:10 NKJV

... Jesus began a tour of the nearby cities and villages to announce the Good News concerning the Kingdom of God ..." Luke 8:1 NLT

It was a new revelation given to Paul to reveal.

But the Lord said, "Go and do what I say. For Saul is my chosen instrument to take my message to the Gentiles and to kings, as well as to the people of Israel. Acts 9:15 NLT

The Jewish believers who came with Peter were amazed that the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out upon the Gentiles, too. Acts 10:45 NLT

And since God gave these Gentiles the same gift he gave us when we believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I to argue?" Acts 11:17 NLT

For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes - Jews first and also Gentiles. Romans 1:16 NLT

But be warned though, against 'replacement theology', God is not finished with Israel yet. Again, if you missed it above, Jesus also gave us a picture of not only the tribulation period, then His Second Coming, but reveals the Rapture event in the Olivet Discourse - Read it HERE

And Finally:

"I will gather you who mourn for the appointed festivals; you will be disgraced no more. And I will deal severely with all who have oppressed you (tribulation period). I will save the weak and helpless ones; I will bring together those who were chased away. I will give glory and fame to my former exiles, wherever they have been mocked and shamed (by the unbelieving scoffers). On that day I will gather you together and bring you home again. I will give you a good name, a name of distinction, among all the nations of the earth, as I restore your fortunes before their very eyes. I, the Lord, have spoken!" Zephaniah 3:18-20

"The one who has his sin forgiven and has Jesus as Savior and Lord, is safe." If no one correctly predicts or anticipates the day of the Lord's "snatching away" rest assured He will do what He has promised. He will return, because He said He would.

This vision is for a future time. It describes the end, and it will be fulfilled. If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place. It will not be delayed (So much for all those presumptous people making false predictions, then when dates come and go unfulfilled, start claiming God showed mercy, and has DELAYED the Rapture, to cover for their mistake of using God's name in vain). Hanakkuk 2:3 NLT

Revelation, the last book in the Bible, has been a long time coming. But come it will, & shortly, in earth time. The full name of the last book is The Unveiling (Apocalypse) or Revelation of Jesus Christ. Why? Because it tells the end of the story of human history & our salvation (rescue) by the Redeemer in the end, as well as the eradication of all that has resisted God (evil & its human supporters). People hide from God, deny that God exists (conveniently aided by God being temporarily invisible) but another time is coming, when Jesus will be "revealed" again, thus, the name of the last book, The Revelation of Jesus Christ, commonly referred to as Revelation. There is a time shortly to arrive when Jesus Christ is revealed again, & denial will be exposed & removed. Woe to those in willful disbelief.

Before God created a new family (man & woman) He had lost many sons (angels). The sons of God, who had agreed with the fallen star, the angel of light, lucifer, were eternally condemned, & kicked out of heaven to earth, which was void, dark, a cold, icy planet, that had been destroyed by this cosmic battle long before God's new creation took place in Genesis 1:2. God took the very earth (dirt) lucifer had previously corrupted, banished him to it, & formed a new son in His image, Adam, that began the long process of replacing His lost sons (1/3 of the angelic host). God will have His (freewill) family, bound by cords of real love. You can read the story in Genesis. As most know, the Light of God went out of Adam & Eve, when they willfully neglected (to love & obey) God as Father, & their spirits were cut off from their divine Source. Communion was lost. The spirit connection was severed, the mind took over. Jesus came that mankind might have their spirits reconnected to God's Holy Spirit (it's called being 'born again', a rebirth process), communion restored. Adam & Eve, and all future humans, unwittingly came under the authority of lucifer, who usurped the earthly rights that had been assigned to mankind. God immediately declared that redemption would restore mankind, thru the offspring of Eve (the devil would bruise the Messiah's heal, but Messiah satan's head). Imagine Eve's joy, when she gave birth to her first son Cain, thinking thru him the curse of death, and difficulty, would be reversed. Little did she know, that Cain would be the earth's first murderer, later killing his brother Abel out of jealousy. Eve's promised Son, the true Redeemer, would not come until 4000 years later.

So, you see, God is in no hurry, but His plan is right on time. The entire Old Testament is full of future predictions, types & patterns, explaining His great plan of salvation, the first (& second) coming of Jesus Christ, & the final deliverance of Israel. All have come true, & more will soon come true.

But there is even more. This is clearly a 6000 year plan, which means those of you reading this are privileged to be witnessing the final chapter soon, recorded in Revelation. We can actually read & know how human history ends on earth, in its present condition. Revelation 2 & 3 summarizes the past 2000 years of the age of grace, or the Church age/dispensation. Then, beginning in chapter 4, the scene changes, as verse 1 states: "Come up here (picture of the Rapture event), and I will show you what must take place after this." Notice "after this", after what? After the age of the dispensation of grace - the past 2000 years. John is transported to the throne of God & the unveiling (apocalypse) begins. Appropriately, the greatest truth in the universe is shown first, that God is on His throne, & He Is The Creator of all things (for those many who have doubted, denied, or fought against the truth).

"You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being."

Rev. 4:11. The next greatest truth follows in chapter 5, the Lamb of God (Jesus Christ) is worthy, He opens the title deed of the earth He has redeemed.

"You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased for God persons from every tribe and language and people and nation."

Jesus predicted this coming time (tribulation), while on earth. He was always talking about the Kingdom of Heaven, which, when you read Revelation, the Kingdom of Heaven prevails, as this age of human kind on earth faces a radical, blunt change of dominion.

But, in the meantime, there are tares in the wheat fields of the earth, and Jesus states an enemy has done this (Mt. 13:28). We are given a glimpse of this age old battle between good and evil (over the souls of human kind - God's replacement for all the lost, fallen angels), that is soon to come to an end. Jesus said in Mt. 11:12, "And from the time John the Baptist began preaching until now, the Kingdom of Heaven has been forcefully advancing, and violent people are attacking it". Have we ever seen such violence today, against mankind, and the Jews and Christianity in particular? Could there be any worse deception, than to kill someone, thinking your serving God? Yet, we see this today, in the name of Islam. But this too, Jesus warned about, in John 16:2, "... the time is coming when those who kill you will think they are doing a holy service for God". Then Jesus tells why they do it: "This is because they have never known the Father or Me". Obviously God's name is NOT allah. They are unwittingly serving the evil one, and don't even know it. Such is the nature of deception in the violent.

Jesus explained to the Disciples the meaning of the wheat and tares, making it clear, you either belong to God (Kingdom of Heaven) or the evil one. And Revelation shows us what happens to all evil, human and angelic.

37 Jesus replied, "The Son of Man is the farmer who plants the good seed. 38 The field is the world, and the good seed represents the people of the Kingdom. The weeds are the people who belong to the evil one. 39 The enemy who planted the weeds among the wheat is the devil. The harvest is the end of the world (age), and the harvesters are the angels. 40 "Just as the weeds are sorted out and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of the world (age). 41 The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will remove from his Kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil. 42 And the angels will throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. 43 Then the righteous will shine like the sun in their Father's Kingdom. Anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand! Matthew 13 NLT

So, we see, as the age of grace (past 2000 years) comes to an end, the harvest begins. The Rapture and Tribulation events are the great harvest. And for those who erroneously preach against hell, Jesus was very clear about it's existence, in many places. The weeds are burned in the fire (the angels will throw them [humans] into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth). During the tribulation period we see everything that causes sin and all who do evil, REMOVED from HIS KINGDOM (this redeemed earth; remember the title deed to the earth, the small scroll, the Lamb was worthy to open in Rev. 5?). Revelation 4 & 5 makes it clear, Who creation belongs to. It's time for "sin and all who do evil" to be removed from the Kingdom!!! The violence is reversed at the end of the age, as we see in Rev. 6-19, before the Second Coming of Jesus takes place in chapter 19, as ... He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. No doubt, Revelation chronicles the final reaching out of God to mankind. Two Witnesses are supernaturally sent to earth, but they are rejected & killed (by worldly, evil men). 144,000 pure-hearted evangelist are sent out, again, killed. Angels cry out in the heavens, for all to hear (when was the last time you heard angels crying out publicly from thin air?), declaring the Gospel of reconciliation with God. Despite these proofs, the majority of mankind does not repent, but continue their worship of the beast (satans puppet) & his false religion (Islam - expands in the name of tolerance), beheading those who do turn to Jesus Christ during these severely troubled times. See where this politically correct (worldly) philosophy of tolerance (rejection of plain truth) is leading mankind?  Eventually, God declares enough is enough, & all of those siding with evil face the Wrath of God, & are killed (over 6 billion people taking the mark of the beast). Evil is removed from the earth that Christ rightfully redeemed, angels, & collaborating mankind alike, as Christ returns to earth, with the raptured Church. He will re-establish the throne of David, & a surviving remnant of Israel will see their Messiah face to face, Jewish shame (& enemies) will be removed forever, as the Millennial Kingdom is established on earth. Those who endure to the end (that means survived to the end) will be saved (not talking about born-again, but saved from death and the purge of evil).

The Rapture event, clearly revealed to St. Paul by the Lord Jesus Christ Himself, is next in the line of predicted events, to precede the tribulation, & signal an end of the age of grace (last 2000 years). Christ will culminate the establishment of the Kingdom of God on earth, after He has finished the Wedding Feast of the Lamb in heaven, having espoused His Bride (believers), that He "caught up" (harpazo, raptured, took away in an affectionate manner) from this earth (the dead & the living). This Jesus told to St. Paul directly. If you will read the transcripts of Pastor Buck's sermons, he also was given this information by Jesus Himself.

"Hallelujah! For our Lord God Almighty reigns. Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready. Fine linen, bright and clean, was given her to wear."

Come Lord Jesus!

Shalom, AoA Webmaster
